20 Orange Street is part of the Westminster City Council property estate and has six floors of prime office space that are let to small businesses. Following a recent refurbishment of the reception, first floor and common parts, Sculpt won the tender to redesign the second and third floors.

We developed on the existing design concepts, learning from the previous office fitout on the first floor to improve the design and reduce costs while keeping a close connection to the building’s brand. As a speculative fitout without a tenant yet signed, we ensured the spaces are flexible and accessible, improving infrastructure where possible to protect the client’s investment for years to come. Quality design and materials ensured the spaces are fitting for this central London location, with slight variations on each floor to provide options for prospective tenants.
