Fast and sharp

We’ve invested heavily in advanced software and tools that allow us to capture, document and produce detailed information at a fast pace whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Our survey tools quickly and accurately measure buildings, even when access is limited, minimising the risks of site tolerances. This is particularly useful for heritage sites and awkwardly shaped buildings that would be difficult to accurately survey with traditional methods. Our software provides a range of additional information that is helpful in quantifying the designs, helping you make more informed decisions and improved accuracy in early cost estimates.

Resilient

Despite being a small practice, we are able to work on larger projects with high values. Because of this, we currently hold Professional Indemnity insurance cover of £2m.

We have invested heavily in the tools we use to provide our service, in doing so we create a lot of data and also receive a lot of information from other people on the project. Because of this, we have a robust data backup service. All of our email, calendars and project data is backed up four times a day to secure off-site servers in south London.

Beyond Compliant

Now more than ever, designers need to ensure they meet current regulations. Fire and escape are at the top of the list, making sure your building is safe and enjoyable. The building regulations are a legal minimum, not a target. We aim to exceed these requirements and in doing so rarely have to compromise to meet regulations.

We can act as Principal Designer for both CDM and Building Regulations making sure you remain compliant and are suitably advised. Our process ensures you are fully aware of your responsibilities and all the paperwork is in place.
