We began working with All Saints Centre in 2023 with a feasibility study exploring how we could unpick years of incremental alterations to the buildings and bring them into a cohesive, flexible and future proofed asset for the community.
Our feasibility study helped secure a £2.8m grant from the Youth Investment Fund to deliver the vision. Working with an incredible local team, we lead on the delivery of the final project which celebrated its official launch on 3rd May 2025.
The key challenge was to incorporate the needs of multiple stakeholders including the youth project, dementia friendly daycare centre and even a circus school – without limiting adaptability and connection of spaces so it would be possible to host wider community activities such as this. The result is a series of private demises for each tenant which connect around a new central courtyard and adjacent hall.
The spaces have interconnecting links allowing for various configurations for events and activates that host the community.
