As part of a wider restaurant design project in central London, this bespoke cladding system was developed to give the building a unique appearance on the high street.
The design reflects the organic scheme developed for the restaurant, also inspired by the London Plane trees visible in Green Park opposite the site.
Working closely with a specialist foundry chosen for their experience with artists, we collectively developed a new method of open casting the material to create the desired texture and figuring.
