The Weeford Operations Centre is the head office of M6 Toll, previously known as the Midland Expressway. The offices were built when the road was opened in the early 2000’s and has had little alterations in the last 25 years.

With a new international owner there was an opportunity to fit out the offices in a way which reflected the new brand and also updated the spaces to better fit with modern working culture.

The new offices are bright and spacious, with colours referenced from the brand of Aleatica – the parent company. The design fits with the previous office redesigns in Mexico and Spain, ensuring a cohesive look & feel across international offices.

New breakout spaces and various meeting rooms of differing size allow staff to work efficiently and creates a much more comfortable environment which better supports hybrid working.

A subtle curve was introduced in the main office spaces in walls and the carpet pattern to reference the gentle sweeping of the road.

“Working with Sculpt on our office refurbishment has been a fantastic experience. They considered our requirements and produced the designs for a functional, modern office environment, whilst considering features of our parent company offices in Mexico and Spain. ”
