This client had a successful restaurant in Oxford and was looking to expand into the capital, securing an existing restaurant space within a listed terrace building in the heart of Chelsea.
The ground floor would be home to the main restaurant whilst on the lower ground there would be an intimate bar area. The basement level below that would be fairly utilitarian, containing the toilets, kitchen and storage areas.
We supported the client with developing the final layout as well ad the look & feel, taking into account operational requirements. Some elements were retained and given a light refurbishment, whereas some areas received much more comprehensive alterations.
